Other Sparkling

Bubbly from areas other than Champagne, usually made in the same way using méthode traditionnelle; expect a dry, refreshing sparkling wine with notes of green apple, pear, lemon and lime. Pair with fish, chicken, strawberries, and soft cheeses.
